When you’re out spraying and your nozzle starts giving you an uneven pattern or dribbling instead of a clean spray, it’s time for a fresh tip. This 18 spray tip is designed to give you the precise flow rate and pattern you need for effective chemical application, whether you’re spot spraying weeds or doing broadcast applications across the field.
What You’re Getting
- Size 18 orifice delivers consistent flow rate for accurate chemical application
- Durable construction that stands up to agricultural chemicals and field conditions
- Precision-molded design maintains spray pattern integrity season after season
- Direct replacement for worn or damaged tips—no modifications needed
Built for Real Farm Work
This tip works with TeeJet spray systems you’ll find on everything from ATV sprayers to pull-behind units and three-point sprayers. The 18 size is popular for herbicide applications where you need good coverage without overdoing the chemical volume. Whether you’re spraying fence rows, spot-treating problem weeds, or doing pasture management, this tip delivers the consistent performance you’re counting on.
Made to Last
Quality materials resist chemical corrosion and wear from abrasive particles that can clog or damage cheaper tips. The orifice keeps its shape and size, so your spray rates stay consistent from the first tank to the last one of the season.
Good to Know
Swapping tips takes just a few seconds—unscrew the old one and thread in the new. If you’re having pattern issues, check for debris in the tip before replacing it. A soft brush or compressed air can often clear minor blockages and get you back to spraying.
